Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Price Every Clean collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers two different groups of people, and the difference matters.

Two kinds of information

Your information. If you are a cleaning business owner or manager using Price Every Clean, this is your account: your name, email address, business name, and the settings you configure, such as your target hourly rate and minimums.

Your customers' information. When you build a quote, you enter details about a property and the person who owns it. That may include their name, service address, and notes you write yourself. That information belongs to you and to them. We store it so the tool works, and we handle it on your behalf.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: name, email, business name, password credentials
• Business settings you configure inside the product
• Quote data you enter: property details, room inventory, conditions, prices, notes
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited
• Any message you send us through the contact form or by email

What we do with it

• Run the product: calculate prices, save your quotes, let you retrieve them
• Support you when you write to us
• Keep the service secure and diagnose problems
• Understand which parts of the product get used, so we can improve them
• Send you service messages about your account

We do not sell your information or your customers' information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

We use third party services to run Price Every Clean, such as hosting, database storage, email delivery, and error monitoring. They only receive what they need to perform that function. A current list is available on request.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or if it is necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

Where it is stored and how long

Data is stored on servers operated by our hosting providers. We keep your account and quote data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep records longer.

Resolved support messages are retained for 180 days. Operational audit records and non-identifying deletion receipts are retained for 365 days. Limited product-use events are retained for up to 24 months.

Your choices

• You can view and edit your account information inside the product
• You can delete individual quotes at any time
• You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it
• You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you

Your responsibility for your customers' data

You decide what customer information to enter into Price Every Clean. You are responsible for having the right to collect and store it, and for meeting whatever obligations apply to you under the privacy laws in your area. If your customer asks you to delete their information, you can remove it from the product yourself, or ask us to.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the product to work, such as keeping you signed in. We may use limited analytics to understand how the product is used. We do not use advertising cookies or third party tracking pixels.

Security

We use industry standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you.

Children

Price Every Clean is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
