What it does
Most tools make you pick the service before you can price it. That is backwards. You often do not know whether someone wants recurring service or a one time deep clean until you are standing in their kitchen talking to them.
Price Every Clean takes one property inventory and returns every option together. You decide what to offer after you can see all of it, with the labor each one should take next to the price.
How it works
Two homes can both be three bed, two bath and take very different amounts of work. Price Every Clean asks for the things that actually change the labor.
Kitchens, living rooms, dens, dining rooms, offices, laundry rooms, sunrooms, breakfast nooks, walk in closets, kitchenettes. Total bedrooms and bathrooms, and how many are actually in use. Finished basements get counted as real rooms instead of one blunt surcharge.
Not what it takes today. What it should take once the house has been reset and is being held to a professional standard. Room time scales with home size to a point, then stops, because a bigger house does not have a bigger toilet.
Grease, hard water, mold, dust, neglected baseboards, pet impact, floor buildup, clutter. Things you can see standing in the room. They add labor to the first visit without permanently inflating the recurring price.
Your target revenue per labor hour, your minimums, your travel load. Discount something and you see what it does to your effective hourly rate before you offer it.
Read the full explanation of why we built it this way, including how we worked out the room times and what happened when we checked our quotes against our timesheets.
Why you can trust the numbers
Every house we quote goes through this method, roughly 2,000 cleans a year. But using something constantly is not evidence that it works, so we audited it.
We took 251 completed jobs and compared the labor each quote allowed against the total crew labor the finished clean actually consumed. Not appointment length. Total crew hours off the timesheets.
Half of our recurring cleans finished in less labor than the quote allowed. Deep cleans ran worse, and we publish that too, because a tool that only shows you its wins is not telling you anything useful.
We compared the labor we promised against the labor the job actually took, and we kept what held up.
Where this is
There are no paying customers to quote and no reviews to show you, so we are not going to manufacture any. What we can show you is where the method came from, how it was tested, and the company still running on it every day.
Then you go price a real house and decide for yourself. Pull up one you quoted last month that you are still not sure about.
