These terms govern your use of Price Every Clean, operated by White Fox Cleaning Services. By using the product you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Price Every Clean is a pricing tool for residential cleaning businesses. You enter information about a property and your business economics, and it calculates suggested prices and labor targets. It is not a CRM, a scheduling system, an invoicing system, or a payment processor.
This is the most important thing in this document, so it is not buried at the bottom.
Every price and labor figure Price Every Clean produces is an estimate based on the information you enter and the settings you choose. Homes vary. Crews vary. Conditions are not always visible during a walkthrough. The tool cannot know how long a specific house will actually take.
You are solely responsible for the prices you quote, the jobs you accept, and the results. We do not guarantee that any price produced by Price Every Clean will be profitable, competitive, sufficient to cover your costs, or accepted by your customer. We are not liable for lost profit, underpriced work, overruns, disputes with your customers, or any other business outcome arising from your use of the tool.
Price Every Clean is currently in private preview. Features may change or be removed. The service may be unavailable at times. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your data, but during preview we do not offer an availability commitment.

Price Every Clean is free during the private beta. No payment is required. We will provide advance notice and ask for your agreement before any paid plan applies.
If we introduce or change fees, we will give account holders notice by email before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.
The quotes and customer information you enter remain yours. You give us permission to store and process that information as needed to operate the service. We may use aggregated, anonymized information to improve the product, in a form that does not identify you or your customers.
Price Every Clean, including the pricing methodology, the software, and the site content, belongs to White Fox Cleaning Services. Using the product does not transfer any ownership to you. The estimates and documents you produce with it are yours to use in your business.
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, White Fox Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 or the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater.
You can stop using Price Every Clean and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. If we close your account, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data unless the breach makes that inappropriate.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state or federal courts serving Catawba County, North Carolina.
