The calculator gives cleaning-business owners a consistent, explainable starting point. The owner still decides what to quote and how to staff the work.
Recommendations are estimates
Results depend on the rooms, square footage, observable conditions, discounts, and business settings entered. Homes, crews, service standards, wages, taxes, travel, supplies, and local markets vary. Actual labor time, cost, customer acceptance, and profit can differ from the recommendation.
Review before use
Verify the property information and your pricing settings before sending an estimate. Adjust a selected customer price only when you can explain the reason. A recommendation does not create a contract, define scope, promise completion time, or authorize work.
Service assumptions
Recurring recommendations assume the home has been brought to a maintainable standard. First-clean condition flags add restoration labor to one-time options. Move-in/out and post-construction results use operating assumptions that have not been validated against the same historical outcome set as recurring maintenance and deep cleans.
