Beta support is handled manually. No emergency or guaranteed response time is offered.
For a pricing question
Include the service option, the result that concerns you, and the business setting you expected it to use. Remove customer-identifying details. The pricing and labor disclaimer applies to every recommendation.
For an account or privacy request
Write from the email associated with your account and say whether you are requesting access, correction, export, or deletion. Identity will be verified before account data is disclosed or changed.
For a security concern
Use the subject “Security report.” Describe the observed behavior without accessing another account or collecting data that is not yours.
